In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Rockdale County Bulldogs basketball team scored a close 37-33 win over the Newton Rams.
The Bulldogs (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Shiloh (Snellville, GA). The Generals come into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Shiloh edged South Gwinnett (Snellville, GA), 32-30, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Rams battle the Midtown Knights (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, December 11. Newton will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Knights come into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 71-46 league loss to KIPP Atlanta Collegiate (Atlanta, GA).
