With the triumph, Kosciusko advances its record to 6-8 on the campaign. The Whippets host Choctaw Central (Philadelphia, MS) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league test on Thursday, December 12. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 0-5.

The Wildcats now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Caledonia for a 4A Region 2 test on Thursday, December 12. Louisville will clash with a Cavaliers team coming off a 7-0 league win over Houston (Houston, MS). The Cavaliers record now stands at 3-6.
