The Briarwood Academy Buccaneers were victorious over the host Glascock County Panthers basketball squad by a final score of 55-45 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

Coming up next, the Buccaneers clash with the Thomas Jefferson Academy Jaguars (Louisville, GA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, December 12. Briarwood Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Jaguars come into the outing with a 1-3 record after their 70-36 non-league loss to Brentwood (Sandersville, GA).

The Panthers (2-4) will now prepare for their outing against Edmund Burke Academy (Waynesboro, GA). The Spartans come into the non-league outing with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Edmund Burke Academy achieved victory over John Hancock Academy (Sparta, GA), 52-26, in a non-league bout.
