    Timnath Cubs (Timnath, CO) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Northridge Grizzlies (Greeley, CO), 79-44 in a league match.

    With the victory, Timnath upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Cubs travel to Mountain View (Loveland, CO) to confront the Mountain Lions in a 5A/4A Longs Peak contest on Tuesday, December 16. The Mountain Lions go into the contest with a record of 2-3. Mountain View won 66-61 in their recent non-league contest against Greeley West (Greeley, CO)

    In their next game, the Grizzlies confront the Platte Valley Broncos (Kersey, CO) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 13. Northridge will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Broncos go into the contest with a 1-2 record after their 53-49 non-league loss to SkyView Academy (Highlands Ranch, CO).
