The Rosman Tigers (Rosman, NC) basketball nipped the host Blue Ridge Early College Bobcats (Cashiers, NC), 57-51 in Monday's non-league test.

The Tigers (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Avery County (Newland, NC). The Vikings go into the 1A/2A Western Highlands test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Avery County was tipped by McDowell (Marion, NC), 78-49, in a non-league test.

The Bobcats now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Cherokee for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 12.
