Alabama High School Basketball - Center Point can't hold off Shades Valley

The Shades Valley Mounties basketball team scored 44 points and held the host Center Point Eagles to 41 in the Mounties non-league triumph on Monday.
The Mounties now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Huffman for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Shades Valley will battle a Vikings team coming off a 52-40 non-league loss to Paul W. Bryant (Cottondale, AL). The Vikings record now stands at 3-9.
The Eagles (0-10) will now prepare for their contest against Pinson Valley (Pinson, AL). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, Pinson Valley was nudged by Woodward Academy (College Park, GA), 55-51, in a non-league contest.
