The New Utrecht Utes basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting Dewey to 44 in the Utes league triumph on Monday.

The Utes now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Telecommunication Arts Tech for a PSAL AAA Brooklyn I contest on Wednesday, December 13. New Utrecht will battle a Yellowjackets team coming off a 57-32 non-league loss to Lafayette (Brooklyn, NY). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 1-2.

The (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Madison (Brooklyn, NY). The Golden Knights enter the PSAL AAA Brooklyn I contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Madison triumphed over Fort Hamilton (Brooklyn, NY), 67-38, in a league contest.
