Legacy Academy Warriors (Lockesburg, AR) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Umpire Wildcats (Umpire, AR), 67-61 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Legacy Academy upgrades its record to 5-7 on the season. The Warriors host Foreman (Foreman, AR) to play the Gator Arkansas in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Gator Arkansas go into the bout with a record of 1-9. Foreman lost 59-27 in their recent league bout against Acorn (Mena, AR)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Mount Ida Lions (Mount Ida, AR) in a 1A Region 7 bout, on Friday, December 15. Umpire will attempt to upgrade on its 0-10 season record.
