The Palisades Pirates basketball team (Kintnersville, PA), was overwhelmed 72-27 in Monday's league battle with the host Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders (Easton, PA)

The Crusaders now possess a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saucon Valley for a Colonial - East battle on Thursday, December 14. Notre Dame-Green Pond will confront a Panthers team coming off a 52-40 league win over Moravian Academy (Bethlehem, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-1.

The Pirates (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Bangor (Bangor, PA). The Slaters go into the Colonial - East outing with a 2-3 record. In their last outing, Bangor smashed Catasauqua (Catasauqua, PA), 48-45, in a non-league outing.
