The High Tech CV Bruins basketball team scored 29 points and held the host Chula Vista Learning Community Charter Cobras to 9 in the Bruins non-league triumph on Monday.
The Bruins now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host El Cajon Valley for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. High Tech CV will battle a Braves team coming off a 71-32 non-league loss to Escondido Charter (Escondido, CA). The Braves record now stands at 3-6.
The Cobras (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against The Cambridge School (San Diego, CA). The Griffins enter the non-league contest with a 7-0 record. In their last contest, The Cambridge School ran past Mountain Empire (Pine Valley, CA), 53-19, in a non-league contest.
