Hancock County Hornets (Lewisport, KY) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Frederick Fraize Aces (Cloverport, KY), 56-8 in a league bout.

With the victory, Hancock County upgrades its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Breckinridge County (Harned, KY) to play the Fighting Tigers in a District 11 bout on Friday, December 15. The Fighting Tigers come into the bout with a record of 4-2. Breckinridge County lost 41-38 in their recent non-league bout against Daviess County (Owensboro, KY)

Next up, the Aces play the North Hardin Trojans (Radcliff, KY) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 14. Frederick Fraize will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 70-29 non-league loss to Bullitt Central (Shepherdsville, KY).
