In Monday's league outing, the Gallatin County Wildcats (Warsaw, KY) basketball squad felled the visiting Owen County Rebels (Owenton, KY), by a margin of 50-40.
The Wildcats (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Trimble County (Bedford, KY). The Raiders go into the District 31 outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, Trimble County thwarted Eminence (Eminence, KY), 59-23, in a league outing.
The Rebels now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Carroll County for a District 31 outing on Thursday, December 14. Owen County will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 46-30 league loss to Henry County (New Castle, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 1-3.
