The Huntsville Panthers basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Oak Mountain Eagles to 40 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Monday.

The Panthers now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Huntsville will meet a Red Devils team coming off a 54-23 non-league win over Dothan (Dothan, AL). The Red Devils record now stands at 6-5.

The Eagles (2-12) will now prepare for their contest against Leeds (Leeds, AL). The Greenwave enter the non-league contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Leeds was outscored by Springville (Springville, AL), 68-24, in a league contest.
