California High School Basketball - San Fernando can't hold off Sylmar

December 11, 2023: San Fernando, CA 91340

The Sylmar Spartans basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the host San Fernando Tigers to 58 in the Spartans league victory on Monday.

The Spartans now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kennedy for a Valley Mission contest on Friday, December 15.

The Tigers (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Panorama (Panorama City, CA). The Pythons come into the Valley Mission contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Panorama was nudged by Bernstein (Hollywood, CA), 73-65, in a non-league contest.
