Colorado High School Basketball - Wellington ripped by Timnath

The Timnath Cubs basketball team scored 36 points and held the host Wellington Eagles to 13 in the Cubs league triumph on Monday.
The Cubs now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Windsor Charter Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Timnath will battle a Firebirds team coming off a 54-22 non-league loss to Lyons (Lyons, CO). The Firebirds record now stands at 1-2.
The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Sterling (Sterling, CO). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Sterling triumphed over Eagle Ridge Academy (Brighton, CO), 54-10, in a non-league contest.
