The Charles City Panthers (Charles City, VA) basketball knocked off the host Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech Dragons (Petersburg, VA), 30-21 in Monday's non-league test.

The Panthers (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Carver College and Career Academy (Chester, VA). The Wolverines go into the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Carver College and Career Academy notched a victory over Middlesex (Saluda, VA), 37-33, in a non-league test.

The Dragons now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Cristo Rey for a test on Tuesday, December 12. Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech will encounter a Royals squad coming off a 50-7 league loss to Collegiate (Richmond, VA). The Royals record now stands at 2-6.
