Severn School Admirals (Severna Park, MD) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Archbishop Curley Friars (Baltimore, MD), 51-43 in a league bout.

With the win, Severn School upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Admirals travel to Archbishop Spalding (Severn, MD) to clash with the Cavaliers in a non-league bout on Monday, December 18. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 2-0.

Next up, the Friars clash with the Key Obezags (Annapolis, MD) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 14. Archbishop Curley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
