The Turner Ashby Knights (Bridgewater, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Fort Defiance Indians (Fort Defiance, VA), 69-24 in Monday's non-league test.
The Knights (5-1) will now prepare for their test against William Monroe (Stanardsville, VA). The Dragons go into the non-league test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, William Monroe was trounced by Spotswood (Penn Laird, VA), 61-40, in a non-league test.
The Indians now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Alleghany for a non-league test on Thursday, December 14. Fort Defiance will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 48-18 non-league win over Lord Botetourt (Daleville, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 4-0.
