Ohio High School Basketball - Fisher Catholic overwhelms Berne Union

The Fisher Catholic Irish basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Berne Union Rockets to 8 in the Irish league triumph on Wednesday.

The Irish now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop Rosecrans for a Mid-State - Cardinal game on Friday, December 13. Fisher Catholic will confront a Bishops team coming off a 54-33 league win over Miller (Corning, OH). The Bishops record now stands at 3-3.

With the loss, Berne Union falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Rockets host Miller (Corning, OH) to confront the Falcons in a Mid-State - Cardinal game on Friday, December 13. The Falcons go into the game with a record of 0-6. Miller lost 56-26 in their recent non-league game against Wellston (Wellston, OH)
