The Crossland Cavaliers (Temple Hills, MD) basketball crushed the visiting High Point Eagles (Beltsville, MD), 51-24 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Cavaliers now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Gwynn Park for a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A bout on Thursday, December 12. Crossland will play a Yellowjackets team coming off a 53-44 non-league loss to St. Charles (Waldorf, MD). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, High Point falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to International High School at Largo (Largo, MD) to play the Sea Turtles in a non-league bout on Monday, January 6. The Sea Turtles go into the bout with a record of 0-1.
