With the victory, Wheatmore upgrades its record to 6-1 on the year. The Warriors travel to Randleman (Randleman, NC) to face the Tigers in a 1A/2A Piedmont match on Friday, December 13. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 2-3. Randleman lost 39-33 in their recent non-league match against Central Davidson (Lexington, NC)

The Golden Eagles now sport a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Davidson for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 17. East Davidson will face a Black Knights squad coming off a 38-34 non-league loss to North Stanly (New London, NC). The Black Knights record now stands at 1-4.
