The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Roxboro Community Bulldogs (Roxboro, NC) and the host Research Triangle Raptors (Research Triangle Park, NC), observed Roxboro Community's basketball team overwhelm Research Triangle by a score of 69-20.

The Bulldogs (9-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Vance Charter (Henderson, NC). The Knights come into the 1A Triangle North challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Vance Charter was routed by Falls Lake (Creedmoor, NC), 48-34, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Raptors encounter the East Wake Academy Eagles (Zebulon, NC) in a 1A/2A Super Six challenge, on Thursday, December 12. Research Triangle will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 36-25 non-league win over Eno River Academy (Hillsborough, NC).
