The Oakley Hornets basketball team scored 25 points and limited the visiting Murtaugh Red Devils to 9 in the Hornets league triumph on Wednesday.

The Hornets now have a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Prairie for a non-league game on Friday, December 13.

With the loss, Murtaugh falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Red devils travel to Hagerman (Hagerman, ID) to confront the Pirates in a game on Thursday, January 9. The Pirates go into the game with a record of 5-2.
