The Council Grove Braves basketball squad (Council Grove, KS), was tipped 45-43 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Chase County Bulldogs (Cottonwood Falls, KS)

The Bulldogs (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Clifton-Clyde (Clyde, KS). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Clifton-Clyde edged Centre (Lost Springs, KS), 67-27, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Braves encounter the Herington Railroaders (Herington, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 12. Council Grove will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record.
