Indianola Academy Colonels (Indianola, MS) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host North Delta Green Wave (Batesville, MS), 53-49 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Indianola Academy upgrades its record to 2-4 on the year. The Colonels travel to Manchester Academy (Yazoo City, MS) to face the Mavericks in a non-league match on Friday, December 12. The Mavericks enter the match with a record of 0-0.

The Green Wave now sport a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Rossville Christian Academy for a MAIS 3A District 1 game on Thursday, December 18.
