Illinois High School Basketball - Waubonsie Valley overwhelms DeKalb

The Waubonsie Valley Warriors basketball team scored 79 points and limited the visiting DeKalb Barbs to 29 in the Warriors league triumph on Thursday.

The Warriors now possess a 10-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kenwood for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 13. Waubonsie Valley will clash with a Broncos squad coming off a 85-24 league win over Hyde Park (Chicago, IL). The Broncos record now stands at 8-2.

The Barbs (4-5) will now prepare for their test against Naperville Central (Naperville, IL). The Redhawks come into the DuPage Valley test with a 8-1 record. In their last test, Naperville Central bounced Naperville North (Naperville, IL), 83-51, in a league test.
