The Fluvanna County Flying Flucos basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting Buckingham Knights to 36 in the Flying Flucos non-league victory on Monday.

The Flying Flucos now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Albemarle for a Jefferson contest on Tuesday, December 13. Fluvanna County will battle a Patriots team coming off a 66-44 non-league win over Fleming (Roanoke, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 2-1.

The Knights (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Randolph-Henry (Charlotte Court House, VA). The Statesmen come into the James River contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Randolph-Henry was routed by Amelia County (Amelia Court House, VA), 73-55, in a league contest.
