Patrick Henry Rebels (Glade Spring, VA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Cloudland Highlanders (Roan Mountain, TN), 50-48 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Patrick Henry upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Rebels host Twin Springs (Nickelsville, VA) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Twin Springs lost 62-48 in their recent non-league bout against Letcher County Central (Whitesburg, KY)

Next up, the Highlanders play the Happy Valley Warriors (Elizabethton, TN) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 15. Cloudland will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record.
