The Friendship Christian Spartans basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the visiting Crossroads Christian Academy to 36 in the Spartans non-league victory on Monday.

The Spartans now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lanier Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 15. Friendship Christian will battle a Lightning team coming off a 73-30 league win over Killian Hill Christian (Lilburn, GA). The Lightning record now stands at 8-2.

The (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Philadelphia Christian School (Calhoun, GA). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 1-8 record. In their last contest, Philadelphia Christian School was defeated by Eastgate Life Academy (Hiawassee, GA), 59-54, in a league contest.
