L.C. Bird Skyhawks (Chesterfield, VA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Wythe Bulldogs (Richmond, VA), 73-37 in a league bout.

With the win, L.C. Bird upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Skyhawks host Huguenot (Richmond, VA) to clash with the Falcons in a Dominion bout on Wednesday, December 14. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Huguenot lost 72-50 in their recent league bout against James River Midlothian (Midlothian, VA)

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Manchester Lancers (Midlothian, VA) in a Dominion challenge, on Wednesday, December 14. Wythe will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Lancers come into the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 76-31 league win over Cosby (Midlothian, VA).
