The Badger/Greenbush-Middle River Gators (Badger, MN) basketball crushed the host Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] Nordics (Newfolden, MN), 74-42 in Monday's league test.

The Gators (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Clearbrook-Gonvick (Clearbrook, MN). The Bears go into the non-league test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Clearbrook-Gonvick walloped Red Lake (Red Lake, MN), 70-68, in a league test.

The Nordics now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Roseau for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 13. Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 94-49 non-league loss to Mountain Iron-Buhl (Mountain Iron, MN).
