Fort Fairfield Tigers (Fort Fairfield, ME) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Easton Bears (Easton, ME), 55-22 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Fort Fairfield upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Madawaska (Madawaska, ME) to play the Owls in a C North bout on Friday, December 16. The Owls come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Madawaska lost 77-22 in their recent league bout against Hodgdon (Hodgdon, ME)

Next up, the Bears play the Van Buren Crusaders (Van Buren, ME) in a D North bout, on Friday, December 16. Easton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Crusaders come into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 37-21 league loss to Washburn (Washburn, ME).
