Turner Ashby Knights (Bridgewater, VA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Page County Panthers (Shenandoah, VA), 48-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Turner Ashby upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Knights host Staunton (Staunton, VA) to play the Storm in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 14. The Storm go into the bout with a record of 0-4. Staunton lost 37-35 in their recent non-league bout against Mountain View (Quicksburg, VA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Strasburg Rams (Strasburg, VA) in a Bull Run bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Page County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 45-43 non-league loss to Wilson Memorial (Fishersville, VA).
