The Sacred Heart Eagles basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Red Lake County Central Mustangs to 36 in the Eagles league victory on Monday.

The Eagles now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Grand Forks for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6. Sacred Heart will battle a Green Wave team coming off a 57-34 league loss to Pelican Rapids (Pelican Rapids, MN). The Green Wave record now stands at 2-2.
