Virginia High School Basketball - Christiansburg can't hold off Byrd

The Byrd Terriers basketball team scored 33 points and held the visiting Christiansburg Blue Demons to 29 in the Terriers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Terriers now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hidden Valley for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 14. Byrd will battle a Titans team coming off a 47-37 non-league win over Blacksburg (Blacksburg, VA). The Titans record now stands at 2-1.
The Blue Demons (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Pulaski County (Dublin, VA). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record.
