The East Marshall Mustangs basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the visiting AGWSR Cougars to 31 in the Mustangs league victory on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host AGWSR for a North Iowa Cedar - West contest on Tuesday, December 12. East Marshall will battle a Cougars team coming off a 65-20 league loss to Gladbrook-Reinbeck (Reinbeck, IA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-4.

The Cougars (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against East Marshall (Le Grand, IA). The Mustangs come into the North Iowa Cedar - West contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, East Marshall triumphed over B-G-M (Brooklyn, IA), 71-39, in a non-league contest.
