Texas High School Basketball - Brentwood Christian can't hold off Geneva

The Geneva basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Brentwood Christian Bears to 61 in the league triumph on Tuesday.
The now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Texas School for the Deaf for a TAPPS 4A District 3 contest on Friday, December 15. Geneva will battle a Rangers team coming off a 68-18 league loss to Veritas Academy (Austin, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 4-3.
The Bears (9-12) will now prepare for their contest against St. Thomas Episcopal (Houston, TX). The Saints enter the non-league contest with a 11-5 record. In their last contest, St. Thomas Episcopal was nudged by John Paul II (Plano, TX), 78-59, in a non-league contest.
