Durand Railroaders (Durand, MI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Byron Eagles (Byron, MI), 81-44 in a league bout.

With the victory, Durand upgrades its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Railroaders travel to Hill-McCloy (Montrose, MI) to play the Rams in a Mid-Michigan bout on Friday, December 15. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 1-3. Hill-McCloy lost 70-19 in their recent league bout against Ovid-Elsie (Elsie, MI)

Next up, the Eagles play the Lakeville Falcons (Otisville, MI) in a Mid-Michigan bout, on Friday, December 15. Byron will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 72-41 league loss to Chesaning (Chesaning, MI).
