The Cedar Mountain Cougars basketball team scored 75 points and held the visiting Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop Thunderbirds to 55 in the Cougars league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cougars now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Mary's for a A Section 2 contest on Friday, December 15. Cedar Mountain will battle a Knights team coming off a 69-56 league win over Wabasso (Wabasso, MN). The Knights record now stands at 5-1.

The Thunderbirds (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lester Prairie (Lester Prairie, MN). The Bulldogs enter the A Section 2 contest with a 0-5 record.
