The Honey Grove Warriors basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the host Chisum Mustangs to 34 in the Warriors non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Warriors now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Prairiland for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Honey Grove will battle a Patriots team coming off a 58-57 non-league win over Saltillo (Saltillo, TX). The Patriots record now stands at 8-4.

The Mustangs (14-4) will now prepare for their contest against Tom Bean (Tom Bean, TX). The Tomcats come into the non-league contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Tom Bean triumphed over S & S Consolidated (Sadler, TX), 66-58, in a non-league contest.
