Hackett Hornets (Hackett, AR) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Danville Little Johns (Danville, AR), 61-37 in a league bout.

With the victory, Hackett upgrades its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Hornets host Booneville (Booneville, AR) to play the Bearcats in a 3A Region 4 bout on Friday, December 15. The Bearcats come into the bout with a record of 6-3.

Next up, the Little Johns play the Cedarville Pirates (Cedarville, AR) in a 3A Region 4 bout, on Friday, December 15. Danville will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record.
