The Howard Tech Hustlin' Tigers basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting East Hamilton Hurricanes to 60 in the Hustlin' Tigers league victory on Tuesday.

The Hustlin' Tigers now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Austin-East for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 16. Howard Tech will battle a Roadrunners team coming off a 83-77 non-league win over Oak Ridge (Oak Ridge, TN). The Roadrunners record now stands at 9-3.

The Hurricanes (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Chattanooga Prep (Chattanooga, TN). The Sentinels come into the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Chattanooga Prep edged Pickett County (Byrdstown, TN), 55-47, in a non-league contest.
