The Genesis Prep Panthers basketball team (New Port Richey, FL), was overwhelmed 57-34 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Hillsborough Baptist Lions (Seffner, FL)

The Lions now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Solid Rock Community for a Central Florida battle on Tuesday, January 9.

The Panthers (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Solid Rock Community (Tarpon Springs, FL). The Sea Shepherds come into the Central Florida battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Solid Rock Community was overwhelmed by Web of Wisdom (Dr. Holiday, FL), 34-23, in a league battle.
