The Jessieville Lions (Jessieville, AR) basketball knocked off the host Genoa Central Dragons (Texarkana, AR), 67-58 in Tuesday's league test.
The Lions (9-1) will now prepare for their test against Bismarck (Bismarck, AR). The Lions go into the 3A Region 7 test with a 1-7 record. In their last test, Bismarck went down by Woodlawn (Rison, AR), 71-52, in a non-league test.
The Dragons now own a 0-7 record. They play next when they travel to Glen Rose for a 3A Region 7 test on Thursday, December 14.
