The Monticello Mustangs (Charlottesville, VA) basketball felled the host Goochland Bulldogs (Goochland, VA), 62-47 in Tuesday's league test.

The Mustangs (3-4) will now prepare for their test against Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA). The Little Giants go into the non-league test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, Waynesboro was beaten by James River (Buchanan, VA), 30-26, in a non-league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Western Albemarle for a Jefferson test on Friday, December 15. Goochland will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 67-43 league win over Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 4-2.
