New York High School Basketball - Jamaica ripped by Hillcrest

The Hillcrest Hawks basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Jamaica Beavers to 53 in the Hawks league triumph on Tuesday.
The Hawks now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Van Buren for a PSAL AAA Queens III contest on Friday, December 15. Hillcrest will meet a Vee Bees team coming off a 52-48 league win over Edison (Queens, NY). The Vee Bees record now stands at 1-1.
The Beavers (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Edison (Queens, NY). The enter the PSAL AAA Queens III contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Edison was routed by Van Buren (Queens Village, NY), 52-48, in a league contest.
