Ohio High School Basketball - Jackson knocked off by Washington

The Washington Blue Lions basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Jackson Ironman/Ironladies to 48 in the Blue Lions league triumph on Tuesday.

The Blue Lions now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host McClain for a Frontier contest on Friday, December 15. Washington will battle a Tigers team coming off a 63-44 league loss to Chillicothe (Chillicothe, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 1-3.

The Ironman/Ironladies (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Miami Trace (Washington Courthouse, OH). The Panthers enter the Frontier contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Miami Trace ran past Hillsboro (Hillsboro, OH), 60-58, in a league contest.
