Alabama High School Basketball - Shelby County knocked off by Jemison

The Jemison Panthers basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Shelby County Wildcats to 35 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sylacauga for a 5A Area 8 contest on Thursday, December 14. Jemison will meet a Aggies team coming off a 62-55 league loss to Central of Clay County (Lineville, AL). The Aggies record now stands at 4-7.
The Wildcats (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Calera (Calera, AL). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 1-12 record. In their last contest, Calera was outscored by Montevallo (Montevallo, AL), 44-33, in a non-league contest.
