Kennett Eagles (Conway, NH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Kingswood Knights (Wolfeboro, NH), 56-46 in a league bout.

With the win, Kennett upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Eagles host Berlin (Berlin, NH) to play the Mountaineers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 20. The Mountaineers go into the bout with a record of 0-3.

Next up, the Knights play the Oyster River Bobcats (Durham, NH) in a Division II bout, on Friday, December 15. Kingswood will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 66-47 league win over Souhegan (Amherst, NH).
