Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Piedmont Classical Bobcats (Browns Summit, NC) and the visiting Leadership Academy Falcons (Kernersville, NC), saw Piedmont Classical's basketball squad hold off Leadership Academy by a tally of 74-67.

With the victory, Piedmont Classical improves its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Central Carolina Prep (Burlington, NC) to play the Defenders in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 14. The Defenders come into the challenge with a record of 8-6. Central Carolina Prep won 81-71 in their recent non-league challenge against North Raleigh Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC)

Next up, the Falcons play the Bishop McGuinness Villains (Kernersville, NC) in a 1A Northwest Piedmont challenge, on Friday, December 15. Leadership Academy will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Villains come into the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 99-15 league win over Millennium (Mount Airy, NC).
